If you have an email confirmation from Cluesolvers with a password that looks like ABCD-123456 you are ready to play. Simply choose START MY GAME and enter the password and the email address used for booking, and follow the instructions.

If you are joining friends or family in a game that has already been activated, simply choose JOIN A GAME and enter the code they gave you.

If you booked your game through a 3rd-party and have a confirmation in a different format than ABCD-123456, you will need to book your game at CLUESOLVERS.COM, and use that booking number when prompted for a promo code
